2. Orders & Customization

Customers must provide accurate design details, names, sizes, and specifications at the time of order.

Once the design is approved and the order is confirmed, changes may not be possible.

CustomAxis is not responsible for errors provided by the customer (e.g., spelling mistakes, incorrect sizes).
3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are clearly communicated before order confirmation.

Orders will only be processed after payment confirmation (if advance payment is required).

4. Production & Delivery

Production time varies depending on the product type.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier or unforeseen circumstances.

CustomAxis is not responsible for delays caused by shipping partners.
5. Returns & Refunds

As products are customized, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Claims must be made within 24–48 hours of receiving the order with proof (photos/videos).

Customers must ensure that any logo, image, or design they provide does not violate copyright or trademark laws.
